Expo Policies of conduct no exceptions: Exhibitor agrees to (1) obey all laws, by-laws, ordinances, and regulations governing use of the facility and operation of the Expo, (2) abide by the rules and regulations of the city, fire and police departments and of any other government or regulatory body having authority to regulate the facility and the Expo, and (3) obey all laws,including those pertaining to health and safety, consumer protection and protection of visitors to the Expo. b) The Exhibitor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations governing the Expo established from time to time by Cannabis Consumer Expo. The Exhibitor must agree to observe, to the extent applicable, all union contracts and labor relations agreements in force. The Exhibitor agrees to occupy the contracted exhibit space during Expo hours and to sell, promote or advertise only the products and services described in this license agreement.( Can be subject to change).We reserve the right, in its sole and unfettered discretion to (A) determine the eligibility of Exhibitors and exhibits for the Expo; (B) reject or prohibit exhibits, Exhibitors or promotional activities. The Cannabis Consumer Expo. considers objectionable, inappropriate, disruptive or dangerous, other Exhibitors or Show attendees; 1- change or modify the layout of the Expo and/or relocate exhibits or Exhibitors; (2) cancel, in whole or in part, the Expo due to an event of force majeure; or (3) change the date, location, and duration of the Expo; without any liability to Cannabis Consumer Expo.).We have had the right to establish and amend or modify any regulations governing the use of the facility and the Expo. ASSIGNMENT AND SUBLETTING The Exhibitor shall not assign any rights or sublet space under this license agreement without the prior written permission of Cannabis Consumer Expo, which permission may be withheld it’s sole discretion. Cannabis Consumer Expo. and the facility, their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, against all claims, losses, liability, damages (including legal fees and expenses), costs and charges of every kind resulting from (1) any breach of or default under the terms or conditions of this the agreement, (2) its occupancy of the exhibit space and/or its environs, (3)the use of equipment or devices furnished to or used by the Exhibitor or other persons in connection with the Expo, refunds are processed 60 to 90 days. (4) Personal injuries, death, property damages or any other damage sustained by the Exhibitor, the facility, Expo sponsors or a visitor to the Expo and their respective directors, officers, agents, representatives and employees or those for whom the Exhibitor is responsible in law, or (5) any negligence, or willful misconduct by or on behalf of Exhibitor or its employees or agents. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE The Exhibitor shall obtain and maintain at its own expense a comprehensive general liability and all risk property insurance policy acceptable to for the period commencing on the first move-in date and terminating on the last move-out date(Not a requirement Optional).
